Homemade Fruit Popsicles are an easy way to make a "healthier" refreshing treat your kids can enjoy everyday! The best part is you can avoid the food coloring and other ingredients found in the store bought ones, plus the get the nutrients from the fruit.

Ingredients
Fruit of Choicefresh or frozen
Water
Sweetener of choice
Instructions
Add prepped fruit and water to blender.
Blend until smooth, or preferred consistency.
Add sweetener to taste.
Pour into molds.
Freeze until Solid.
Release from mold and enjoy!
Notes
We used roughly 6 cups of strawberries - 4 fresh and 2 frozen, and then added water to about the 5 cup line. Sugar ended up being about a 1/4 cup.
